ELIGIBILITY
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF
WINNING.
This is an offer and does not imply that you have won a prize.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible
entries received.
This Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the 50 United
States, the District of Columbia or Canada (excluding the
Province of Quebec) who are 21 years of age or older.
Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial
enterprises and business entities are not eligible.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, or e-mail
address, regardless of how the entry is made. Subsequent
entries will be automatically disqualified. Employees
and members of their immediate families and households of
Sponsor Kimberly-Clark, its subsidiaries, affiliated
companies, parents, advertising and promotion agencies, and
anyone involved in the production, development or handling of
this Sweepstakes are not eligible. SWEEPSTAKES IS
SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND IS VOID IN PUERTO RICO, THE
PROVINCE OF QUEBEC, AND WHERE PROHIBITED. Approximate
Retail Value, (ARV) of the Grand Prize is
$5,000.
SCHEDULE
The
Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM eastern daylight time (EDT) on
May 1, 2007, and ends at midnight eastern daylight time (EDT)
on July 31, 2007. Online entries must be
received by midnight EDT on July 31, 2007. Mail-in
entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2007, and received by
August 7, 2007. Proof of sending does not constitute
proof of receipt.
HOW TO ENTER
You can enter online or by mail. Online and
mailed entries will receive equal treatment.

to request an official entry form. Complete all the
requested information and follow the instructions to enter.

Additionally, all entries may be accompanied by a
photograph of entrant and co-workers in the workplace.

instructions. You must complete all required data on the
entry form in order for the sweepstakes entry to be valid.
Additionally, a digital photograph of entrant and co-workers
in the workplace may accompany any entries.
The
submission of all photos either by mail or electronically does
not increase your chance to win and grants sponsor permission
to use the photo for promotional and/or media purposes without
any limitations or compensation unless the sender withholds
permission by written notification on the original photo
entry.
All entries become the property of the
Sponsor. They will not be returned or
acknowledged. No responsibility is assumed for lost,
late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries
or submissions or failure or unavailability of Internet
connections or electronic communications. Entries are void if
they are in whole or in part illegible, incomplete, damaged,
irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, or
obtained through fraud or theft. By entering you agree
to be bound by these Official Rules.
PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING
One (1) Grand
Prize consists of: Opportunity to work with a WYPALL* Wipers
race team crew chief designated by Kimberly-Clark;
round-trip coach air travel for one (1) from the major
commercial airport nearest winner's primary residence to an
airport in vicinity to the race in Bristol, TN; single
occupancy accommodations for arrival Friday Aug. 24, 2007
through departure Sunday Aug. 26, 2007; all ground
transportation to and from race and airport; one (1) garage
and pit pass; one (1) ticket to the Nextel Cup race; $500
spending cash to cover all incidentals including food and
beverage. Any other expenses not covered by the cash
award will be the sole responsibility of the winner. All
federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on
prizes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.
In addition, the winner is responsible for any expenses
related to additional excursions not included in the race
itinerary that s/he may chose to take. Prize cannot be
exchanged for cash. No prize transfer, assignment, or
substitution permitted. Kimberly-Clark reserves the
right to substitute prize, or portion of prize, including but
not limited to tour operator, accommodations, itinerary, or
departure date, for reason of unavailability, in which case a
prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. A

WINNER
SELECTION/VALIDATION
One (1) Grand prize winner
will be selected at random from among all entrants on or about
August 8, 2007 by the independent judging
organization.
To be declared a winner, any
Canadian resident selected will be required to correctly
answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or
other, a time limited mathematical question. The
question will be administered by telephone at a mutually
convenient time. Entrants agree to be bound by these
Rules. Potential winners will be notified by overnight
express or regular mail and may be required to sign, notarize
and return within 10 days of receipt to his/her address an
Affidavit of Eligibility, a Prize Release and, except where
prohibited, a Publicity Release. Failure to comply when
requested may result in disqualification and the selection of
an alternate winner. All prize claims are subject
to verification and compliance with the Official Rules.
If the prize winner declines the prize, an alternate winner
will be selected at random from all remaining eligible
entries.
RIGHT TO CANCEL OR
SUSPEND SWEEPSTAKES
If for any reason the sweepstakes,
including the online segment of the sweepstakes, is not
capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer
virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud,
technical failures, or any other causes that corrupt or affect
the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper
conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right,
at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who
tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate,
modify, or suspend the sweepstakes and select winner(s) from
among all entries unaffected by the problem.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Sponsor reserves
the right to use any and all information related to the
sweepstakes, including information on entrants obtained
through the sweepstakes (except for entrants from the State of
Tennessee or Canada), for marketing purposes or any other
purpose, in accordance with its privacy policy set forth at

unless prohibited by law.
